This document explains how User data and other sensitive information is handled in the application.
Phone Recording - Microphone
We have no recordings or user details on our servers.
The "Call Recorder - Auto Call Recorder Free " App records calls. All recorded calls are recorded on the phone using the microphone on the phone. Recorded files and related notes are stored in the phone storage and NO server is affected by recording calls. Recorded calls are not stored on our server and may be stored locally or on a third-party cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
Storage
The application requests permission to access the phone storage only to keep recorded calls and to play recorded files afterwards. Application does not access some excessive user files or user photos.
Contacts
The App accesses phone contacts to show recorded contacts so the App can record or ignore calls from certain contacts. Contact information is not transferred or stored on any server.
Third-party data is collected
The app uses several third parties to improve our services. These groups collect their information. Please read their privacy policies (see links below) to make sure you're comfortable with the way they collect data.
Cloud
A user wishing to backup calls can do so by syncing these recorded calls to one of the supported cloud storage services: Google Drive or Dropbox.
In that case the User will authorize the App to access the User's cloud storage and the App will sync recorded calls from that cloud storage service to the User storage folders in its cloud account.
It is clear that the App does not store recorded calls on any server other than Google Drive or Dropbox and none other than the User or any User Authorized application to access these files.
User account details and authorization details are stored only internally and internally by the App and are not transferred or stored elsewhere.
